These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cckk ("cckk", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cckk website located at cckk.io and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

cckk is operated as an online entertainment platform providing cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, and arcade-style games to players located in Bangladesh. cckk operates with a player-first approach grounded in principles of transparency, fairness, and security.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform through which the Player accesses games, places bets, manages funds, and interacts with cckk services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentive values credited to a Player's Account by cckk as part of a promotion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh (symbol ৳), which is the sole currency used for all real-money transactions on the Platform.
• "Game" means any betting market, casino game, slot game, live dealer game, or arcade game made available on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the cckk website at cckk.io, including all pages, features, tools, games, and services accessible thereon via web browser or any other approved access method.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh from which access to the Platform is prohibited or restricted under applicable laws.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real money.

Access to the Platform and participation in any game or betting activity is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the cckk responsible gaming tools or imposed by any recognised gaming authority.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to participate in online betting and gaming activities.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by cckk for a breach of these Terms.

cckk does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in Restricted Territories. If you are located outside Bangladesh, you must not attempt to access or use the Platform. cckk uses technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent access from Restricted Territories and reserves the right to void bets and withhold funds where access from a Restricted Territory is confirmed.

To participate in any activity on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number.

• Each individual may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any funds across the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must not register an Account on behalf of another person, share your Account with another person, or allow another person to use your Account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. Material changes to your personal information must be communicated to [email protected] promptly.
• cckk reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification requests.
• Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you. You must keep them confidential at all times. cckk will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

cckk accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits must be made through one of the supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select debit and credit cards issued by Bangladeshi financial institutions. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳100,000 unless a higher limit has been specifically approved for your Account.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing system. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but are typically instant for mobile wallet methods.
• cckk does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees, for which cckk takes no responsibility.
• All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. cckk will reject and return deposits identified as originating from third-party sources.
• cckk reserves the right to request documentary proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund your Account as part of its identity verification and fraud prevention procedures.
• Deposits made in error may be reported to [email protected]. cckk will use reasonable endeavours to assist but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds in all circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in BDT and returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with cckk's anti-money laundering procedures.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. In some cases, particularly where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours. cckk does not guarantee processing within any specific time frame.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been satisfied in full.
• cckk does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Express withdrawal options, where available, may carry a service fee which will be disclosed to you at the time of selection.
• cckk reserves the right to perform identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Failure to satisfactorily complete such checks may result in the withholding of the withdrawal pending resolution.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used to make a deposit on the same Account are subject to enhanced scrutiny and may require additional documentation.

cckk offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, and IPL. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before they can be converted to real-money funds and withdrawn.
• Unless specific promotion terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for Bonus Funds is 30x the bonus amount on eligible games. Bets placed on certain games (including but not limited to live casino games and certain low-margin betting markets) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, per device, and per payment method. Existing players creating new accounts to claim the welcome bonus again will have the bonus voided and the account closed.
• cckk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and begun wagering, the player's progress towards satisfying the wagering requirement at the point of withdrawal will be honoured.
• Bonus Funds that remain unused after the promotion expiry date specified in the individual promotion terms will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• The use of any strategy, method, or coordinated play pattern that cckk determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

All bets placed on cricket, other sports markets, or any casino or arcade game on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules published on the relevant game or betting market page, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player unless the specific game rules expressly permit cash-out or bet amendment functionality.
• cckk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that resulted from a technical error, a palpable pricing mistake, a data feed malfunction, or any circumstance in which the odds offered did not reflect the true market. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's Account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a bet or game, the outcome recorded by cckk's system is the authoritative record. In cases involving technical malfunctions that may have affected game outcomes, the matter will be investigated by cckk's technical team and a decision will be communicated to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
• For live cricket betting and other in-play markets, cckk may suspend markets or decline to accept bets at any time without notice, particularly during live events where the market integrity may be at risk.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, market, and account level.
• All game outcomes on the cckk Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for slots and virtual games, and by live dealer operations for live casino products supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or communication with cckk.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in evading the one-account-per-person restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not authorised by cckk.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other conduct that may compromise the integrity of any sporting event on which bets are placed via the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to process funds through the Platform that are derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in any form during live casino games or poker-style games in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over cckk.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cckk staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate deposit or transaction with your payment provider while retaining the benefit of any bets or game outcomes funded by the disputed amount.

cckk is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of its players. The Platform is designed exclusively for adult entertainment. Gambling is not an appropriate activity for anyone who is experiencing financial difficulty, emotional distress, or any situation in which gambling may cause harm.

cckk provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the Platform's content.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of cckk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cckk's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• cckk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• cckk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, and circumstances beyond cckk's reasonable control may affect the availability of the Platform from time to time.
• cckk shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, from your use of the Platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms, or from any third-party conduct including payment processing delays.
• Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

cckk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at cckk.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• cckk uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect and prevent fraud, administer promotions, and communicate with you regarding your Account and our services.
• cckk will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to provide Platform services (e.g., payment processing, identity verification) or as required by applicable law.
• All personal data collected by cckk is protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers with strict access controls.

cckk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh.

In the event of any dispute between you and cckk arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of no less than 14 days for cckk to attempt to resolve the matter informally before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

• cckk aims to resolve all disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediation process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
